The Question Manager allows users to find information
quickly and in a less time-consuming way by creating Questions that
other users can answer. Question Managers are created the same as
any other application. Once the Question Manager has been created,
Users can being asking and answering questions. This section shows
how:
Asking a Question
This is first step in using the Question Manager. Any user with
Post access will be able to ask questions. Asking a question is
as simple as entering a query in the textbox provided and pressing
the 'Ask' button. This question will now be accessible
to view by anyone with 'Read' rights:

Answering a Question
So now questions have been asked, who can answer them? Again,
anyone who has Post access can submit an Answer to a Question.
To submit an answer, simply click the Answer link underneath the
question to be answered and enter the Answer in the textbox, followed
by pressing the 'Answer' button. Simple!:

Confirm a Solution
So now we have asked a question and someone has proposed an answer.
Is it the right one? To confirm that an Answer is the Solution
we can mark it as so. Once we are happy with an answer, click
'Mark as Solution' and this question will be
moved from Unsolved to Solved.

If a Question is marked as Solved
erroneously, a Solution may be reversed by clicking
the 'Mark as Unsolved' link. This will move the
question back to the Unsolved column.
Question Manager Navigation
So now we have asked a Question, proposed an
Answer and confirmed a Solution.
Simple! However, projects and initiatives can require lots of
people and lots of people means lots of questions! Because of
this Users may, from time to time, just want to see only questions
that they have asked or answers they have proposed. Use the tabs
at the top of the Question Manager to change the view to see either
All Questions, which shows all Questions,
Answers and Solutions, My
Questions to show only your questions, or My
Answers, to see your own Answers only.
