This section shows details on the User Profile
and it's features. The User Profile is a great place to share personal
information and have access to private applications and resources.
Personal information can be edited by an Administrator in the People
Section within System Tools, or by clicking the 'Edit' button above
the User Image. Click one of the links below for more information
about a Profile section:
Personal Information
This section allows user to share personal contact information
such as address, telephone number and email. Persona; Information
is edited by clicking the Edit button, in the top-right corner
of the profile.
Clicking this button will show various tabs with many different
options for configuring User Information. They are as follows:
- General Settings - This tab allows the user
to update their name, contact information, time zone, preferred
homepage, picture and whether the quickbar is displayed.
- Editor and Language - This tab allows for the User language
to be altered as well as the chosen editor used for creating and
editing files and announcements.
- What's New Summary - This tab allows the
User to alter their personal My What's New settings. One of
two options can be chosen - either for the What's New to show
new items from all applications that the user has access to
or for a number of applications to be specified.
- Expertise - Expertises can be defined in
this tab. Available Expertises ar shown in the left-side list
box, Expertises that are currently assigned to this User are
shown in the right-hand list box. Simply double click an Expertise
to assign or unassign it, or use the blue arrows.
- Workgroup - This allows Users to create,
remove, rename and assign other Users to Workgroups.
Corporate Wisdom
Corporate Wisdom is a unique to Noodle feature that allows users
to monitor how much content they have contributed and reviewed.
Represented as a pie chart in the top-right corner of the profile,
the blue portion shows content added by this user, the green portion
shows the amount of content reviewed by this user and the red
portion shows how much content this user has not reviewed:

Statistics
The Statistics section shows information about a user's activity.
Information show is as follows:
- Last Login - This shows the time this user
last logged into Noodle.
- Last Action - This shows the last action
performed by this user.
- Last Seen - This field shows the last time
this user was actively using Noodle.
- Wisdom - This field shows, as a percentage,
the level of Corporate Wisdom this user has achieved.
- Reviewed - This fields shows, as a percentage,
the amount of content that this user has reviewed.
- Contributions - This fields shows, as a percentage,
the amount of content that this user has contributed.
- Un-reviewed - This fields shows, as a percentage,
the amount of content that this user has not reviewed.
- Last 12h Activity - This field shows 3 different
value. Created shows the number of items this user has created,
Modified shows how many items have been changed by this user
and Viewed shows how many items have been viewed by this user.
- Logins / Day - This field shows the average
number of logins per day for this user.
- Logins - This field shows the total number
of times this user has logged in to Noodle.
My Stuff
This section is located underneath the User Image and allows
users a private area for applications accessible only from the
Profile. To create an application in this section, or to remove
one that has already been created. click the Edit button as shown:

My Coworkers
This section allows users to add other users as coworkers to
easily monitor their status and communicate. Click the Edit button
and use the two list boxes as shown to include users in a list
of My Coworkers.

About Me
This section allows users to post a biography about themselves.
Click on the Edit button next to the title and the chosen editor
will be displayed to allow the About Me to be edited.
Expertises
Expertises are a useful feature that allows users to locate users
with specific skills. Expertises are created in the People Administration
area of System Tools, instructions here.
