View Designer
The View Designer allows you to create a custom view of the data entered by users.
To access the view designer click on the pencil icon next to the Database you want to adjust.
Click on the settings tab, then View Designer. Highlight the fields you want included in the view and move them to the right column using the blue arrows.
After you have the fields desired, click Save.
Viewing the list of entries will now show the fields you choose to include in view.
