Creating a Form
Click on the small pencil Icon to create the Form that will capture the Data. Within the pencil icon click on the Settings Tab and then create Form Section.
Provide a section name and choose if you want your form to be in One or Two Columns. This can always be adjusted at a later date.
After a Form Section is created you can then begin to create your form. By Clicking on create form element you will be prompted with the options for the form elements.
Each form element has settings that need to be adjusted to fit your form requirements.
As an example we will create a "Drop Down List".
Click on "My Database" to view the form created.
You may now begin adding data to your Database.
