How to uninstall/remove old intraNET ActiveX Components
Version 5.6 requires users to remove and reinstall the ActiveX Components.
intraNET AcrtiveX Components are listed as a program installed on each client PC that requires intraNET access. The uninstall/remove process follows
the standard steps for any program.
1. Go to Windows Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs MMC
2. Select “Intra.Net 4.x Componets” and click Change/Remove buton.
3. Open an Internet Explorer browser. DO NOT login to intraNET yet.
4. Go to “Tools” menu and select “Internet Options”.
5. Under “Temporary Internet Files” section click on ”Settings” button.
6. Under “Settings” windows, click on “View Objects” button.
7. Another windows opens with a list of all installed ActiveX controls for various purposes. There should be one or more components starting with
“Intra.Net....”. Select all components related to intraNET and delete.
NOTE: Delete ONLY those components which name starts with “Intra.Net...”.
