Folders
The Folder application type is like a shared drive.
- Not only can you can upload and download files from it, but you can edit in place, check out and restore files.
- You can only edit in place and drag and drop whole folder trees on Noodle if you install the activeX components.
- The Feed view shows you recently edited files, provides inline commenting and previewing for images.
- The list view allows you to use activeX, sort by columns which represent file attributes and can be customized in the administration.
- The default view can be set in the administration.
- Both views show some statistics about the files on the right.
- Workflow allows for some advanced usage.
